Monday through Saturday from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM

On Monday & Friday, we offer one sandwich, fruit, protein, snack, and beverages. On Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday, we offer a hot meal, sandwich, fruit, protein, snack, and beverages.

Meals are free. Pre-registration is not required.

Third Wednesdays of the month from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM

Emmaus Ministry’s Food Pantry distributes grocery bags and personal care items to families in need.

Emmaus offers themed based activity packs, including an age-appropriate educational worksheet, book, craft, toy, and snack twice a month.

Emmaus Ministry offers showers to individuals without access.  Volunteers will launder only the clothes you are wearing while you are showering. Scrubs are available to wear while you are waiting for your clothes. Please do not bring any other laundry.

Walk-ins are welcome. However, we ask that you wash your hair before arriving.

Emmaus hosts Volunteer Lawyers Project of CNY, Inc. to provide free legal advice on custody, eviction, and more.

Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday from 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM

Emmaus' caseworker can assist guests' needs regarding housing, HEAP, SNAP, temporary assistance medical advocacy, mental health advocacy, problem-solving, school advocacy, and service provider advocacy.

Emmaus Ministry offers Confirmation Service Retreats for a faith-based experience of service and discipleship. Program content and activities incorporate the needs of the Center and the student’s program. Emmaus Ministry provides a hands-on experience that leads the candidate to see and be the presence of Christ to those who are less fortunate on Syracuse’s south side. Fees vary by group size and length of the retreat.
